Recipes Creative Burgers

This burger recipe is a great one to make on a rainy day when you want a grilled burger but cannot fire up the grill. I make it all the time and everyone enjoys them. You can add mushrooms and bacon as a good added topping instead of standard pickles, onions, tomatoes, etc. I usually serve this with French Fries and Malt vinegar and a good Chef’s salad. As usual I place all condiments on the table and Vegetables for a full works burger. I have also found that using green olives are a good topping.

2 lb. Ground Beef or Chuck
1 Small onion finely diced
1 Clove garlic crushed
1 Tsp Jalapeno peppers diced
1/4 Cup Vigo Italian style bread crumbs
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1/4 Tsp A-1 Steak Sauce
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 3/4 Tbsp Spicy Honey BBQ sauce
1/8 Tsp Liquid smoke
1/8 Tsp black pepper
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp Cajun spice
1/4 Tsp Italian spice
1/4 Tsp onion powder
1/4 Tsp garlic powder
